We don't expect you to choose a therapy model - or fit neatly into one.
We draw from several approaches depending on what you're experiencing, what keeps the pattern active, and what seems most useful for helping you move forward.
Therapy may involve understanding recurring patterns,
building emotional and nervous-system capacity,
processing deeper experiences or emotional learning,
and practicing new ways of responding.
Different approaches can be useful at different points.
Helps identify recurring pain and relationship cycles, automatic responses, and more intentional ways of responding.
Explore how relationships, family-of-origin experiences, attachment patterns, and relational context influence what happens now.
Support greater awareness of relationship cycles, emotional safety, connection, communication, and repair.
Allows individual and relationship work to be coordinated when multiple therapists are involved.
A structured trauma-focused approach that can help reduce distress connected to difficult or traumatic experiences.
An experiential approach that uses focused attention and body awareness to support processing of emotional and traumatic material.
Helps clients become curious about different protective and wounded parts of their internal experience.
Explores emotional learning that may be maintaining a symptom or pattern and creates opportunities for that learning to be updated.
Help identify patterns in thinking, beliefs, emotions, and behavior and develop more useful ways of responding.
May support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Help increase awareness of physiological responses and build greater capacity to remain present when stress or emotion intensifies.
Helps appropriate clients explore whether pain may be influenced by learned threat responses and nervous-system sensitization.
Can help reduce fear of symptoms, increase a sense of safety, and support gradual return to valued activities.
When relevant, therapy may also explore stress, trauma, emotional learning, or other factors that appear to influence the pain experience.

You don't need to know whether you need EMDR, IFS, Restoration Therapy, PRT, or something else before you reach out.
That's normal.
You don't have to arrive with a diagnosis, a therapy model, or a perfect explanation.
If you know something isn't working, that's enough of a place to start.
