Out of Network

We are on Out of Network Provider and do not accept insurance. A SuperBill is provided that you can present to your insurance for out of network benefits. We suggest you contact your insurance provider to inquire about your benefits. Read more here.

Medicare Statement

This practice has opted out of Medicare and only provides services to Medicare clients under a private agreement. Therefore, Medicare will not be billed for covered therapy services; clients are fully responsible for the cost of psychotherapy services and may not submit practitioner’s fees to CMS for reimbursement. Fees for licensed mental health professional services are not subject to Medicare limits, and MediGap will not pay for the services. Read more here.

Notice of Electronic Disclosure

This practice is a Covered Entity and must comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITECH” or the “HITECH Act”), and Chapters 181 and 182 of the Texas Health & Safety Code. 

Your Right To Review Records

You have the right to review or receive a summary of your records, except in limited legal or emergency circumstances or when your therapist assesses that releasing such information might be harmful in any way.


To request a copy of your records or a summary or your treatment, please provide this request in writing and allow 15 business days for your therapist to collect this information for you.


If you are under 18 years of age, please be aware that the law may provide your parents with the right to review your treatment records.

professional misconduct committed by marriage and family therapists,

professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers,
