Effective, Client Centered, Skilled Therapy
Trauma can leave deep imprints on your psyche, affecting emotions, behaviors, and relationships. In our counseling practice, we utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, such as EMDR and Brainspotting - both documented to reprocess traumatic memories, leading to profound transformations in emotional well-being.
Deep-rooted attachment wounds and relationship issues can leave deep scars and impact daily living. Talk therapy with a licensed professional counselor, using Systems and Attachment Theories, can help you navigate these challenges, putting you on the journey to healing and self-discovery.
Through an integrated approach, we counsel you to unlearn chronic pain, providing strategies to reduce suffering and improve overall quality of life. The goal is for you to experience increased resilience and a renewed sense of hope.

People often come to therapy after trying many things that haven't provided lasting change. My approach is structured, evidence-informed, and grounded in an understanding of how the nervous system, relationships, emotions, and life experiences interact.
I specialize in helping adults with chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, and relationship distress by identifying the patterns that keep people stuck and working collaboratively to create meaningful, sustainable change.
When appropriate and with your written permission, I also coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers to support a more integrated approach to treatment.
Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, answer questions about my approach, and determine whether we're likely to be a good fit.
You're under no obligation to schedule after the consultation.
DeepWaters LPC is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Choosing to remain outside insurance networks allows us to focus on providing thoughtful, individualized care without many of the restrictions that insurance plans may place on treatment. This often means greater flexibility in the frequency and length of therapy, fewer administrative barriers, and an added measure of privacy for your personal health information.
Many clients also appreciate that treatment decisions are made collaboratively between therapist and client, rather than being influenced by insurance requirements.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, we can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company to learn about your specific out-of-network coverage.
If you're unsure whether private-pay therapy is right for you, we'd be happy to answer your questions during a free consultation.

Couples & Relationship Therapy
We help couples move beyond recurring cycles of conflict, disconnection, and misunderstanding by strengthening communication, emotional safety, and secure connection.
